After the respondent files its opposition on or shortly after 11 November, I must submit a concise AAA-compliant reply brief. I have already lodged the dispositive motion; your job is to frame the reply so it sharply clarifies the governing legal points rather than introducing new evidence.

The focus is twofold:
• Correct the respondent’s statutory interpretation, and
• Show why specific facts they cite are irrelevant—or, where helpful, more supportive of my position.

I will send you my original motion, the opposition, and the AAA scheduling order. You will:

• Analyse both sides’ filings,
• Research controlling statutes and precedents,
• Draft a persuasive reply that meets AAA page, formatting and Bluebook citation requirements,
• Provide one clean copy and one red-line, and
• Turn the first draft around within five days of receipt of the opposition so I can review and lodge it on time.

Experience with U.S. arbitration briefs, dispositive motions and statutory construction is essential.
