I need a seasoned social media manager who can position our business as Victoria’s undisputed authority on aluminium window shrouds and, crucially, get architects specifying our architectural welded and modular series solutions. LinkedIn facebook instagram will be the primary battlegrounds, so your strategy must lean heavily on these platform, but I still want a cohesive content and ad plan that threads through Instagram, Facebook and our Google Business Profile.

Over the next 90 days I expect you to map the full journey:

• Awareness – attract architects with technical articles, case studies, short educational video snippets and occasional webinars that spotlight best-practice detailing.
• Consideration – drive traffic to downloadable BIM/Revit files and technical specification packs hosted on our site.
• Decision – nurture builders and developers once projects shift to tender, prompting them to request quotes or schedule a consult.

Monthly deliverables should cover a content calendar, post creation (copy, creative and/or video), paid campaign setup and optimisation, plus a succinct report that tracks BIM downloads, specification requests, qualified leads and cost-per-enquiry. Feel free to suggest additional deliverables if they strengthen the funnel.

In your proposal outline:

1. Your experience running architect-focused or construction-industry campaigns.
2. The 90-day roadmap, broken into monthly milestones with clear KPIs.
3. Ad budgets and management fees.
4. The metrics dashboard you will use to prove success—especially how you’ll attribute downloads and specs back to LinkedIn.

I’m ready to move quickly once I see a plan that gives our business the authority edge we’re after.
