500K U.S. Finance Contacts

I need a seasoned data miner who can draw exclusively from LinkedIn and Apollo to build a contact list of 300,000 – 500,000 U.S.–based finance professionals. Every record must fit one—and only one—of these job titles: Chief Financial Officer, Accountant, or Accounts Receivable Specialist. The company itself should clearly operate within the finance sector (banks, credit unions, investment firms, insurance carriers, fintech, etc.) and be headquartered in the United States.

The dataset has to be reliable enough for immediate outreach. That means no scraped junk or catch-all addresses. I want verified, work-domain email addresses on every single row—no personal Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook accounts. If you can enrich the file with phone numbers or LinkedIn profile URLs, that’s a nice-to-have, but email is the one non-negotiable.

Deliverables
• 300k–500k unique contacts, each meeting the industry, geography, and title criteria above
• Source tag showing whether the lead came from LinkedIn or Apollo
• Column headers clearly labeled (Name, Title, Company, Email, etc.)
• Final file in a clean, import-ready spreadsheet—Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets is fine; let me know which you prefer and why

Before we start, I’ll ask for a 1,000-row sample so I can spot-check accuracy and bounce rates. If the sample passes, we’ll move ahead in milestones and keep quality above 95 % deliverability.
