500-Page Webflow Site Build

I’m rolling out a large-scale Webflow project—about 500 pages in total. Roughly 10–15% of those pages are unique, high-impact landing pages; the rest will follow one or two master templates you’ll set up in Webflow CMS.

What I have right now is a collection of raw material—documents, spreadsheets, and a few reference pages from an older site. Text is unstructured, images are scattered, and nothing is formatted for the web yet. Part of the job is turning that material into clean, on-brand page copy and media that slot neatly into the templates you build.

Core deliverables
• Design and develop all necessary page templates in Webflow, fully responsive and SEO-ready
• Transform my source docs, sheets, and reference pages into polished content, then populate every page
• Build and configure the CMS collections so updates can be handled in-house going forward
• Hand-off package: style guide, component library, and a brief loom walkthrough of site architecture

Acceptance criteria
– Each page renders correctly on modern desktop and mobile browsers
– CMS collections are labeled clearly, with fields matching the content types provided
– All internal links, meta tags, and alt text are in place and tested
