5-Page Drafting Website Build

I have the wireframes, layout concepts, and brand colours for my residential (Architectural) drafting business ready to go—I now need a developer who can turn them into a clean, professional five-page site. The page set-up is fixed: Home, About, Services, Portfolio, and Contact.

Here’s the scope in a nutshell

• Design & build the site around my supplied Figma/PDF concepts, keeping every spacing, font and visual cue intact.
• Apply the exact colour palette and typography from my existing branding guidelines (I’ll share these assets at kick-off).
• Implement a simple but effective image gallery on the Portfolio page so I can showcase drawings and finished projects.
• Add a reliable, spam-protected contact form on the Contact page that routes enquiries to my business email.
• Deliver the finished website fully responsive, tested across modern browsers, and ready to deploy to my hosting environment (cPanel/WordPress or straight HTML—happy to hear your recommendation).

What I’d like to see from you

1. Links to two or three live sites you’ve built with a similar small-business focus—ideally ones that used client-supplied designs or strict brand guidelines.
2. A brief outline of your workflow: discovery, staging server, client review cycles, hand-off, and post-launch support.
3. Expected timing from project start to go-live.

Acceptance criteria

• All five pages mirror the approved layouts and colour scheme.
• Portfolio gallery loads quickly and scales on mobile.
• Contact form successfully sends and stores messages.
• No console errors or layout breaks on the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
