40KL Underground HSD Tank Drawing

I need a full set of fabrication drawings for a 40 000-litre cylindrical HSD storage tank that will sit underground. The package should allow my fabricator to start work immediately, so every dimension, material note and weld detail has to be crystal-clear.

Key information
• Geometry: horizontal or vertical is up to you, but the tank must remain cylindrical throughout.
• Service: diesel (HSD) storage only; no internal heating coils or mixers are required.
• Location: completely buried, so please include outer corrosion-protection and anchoring details to resist buoyancy.

Deliverables
1. General arrangement drawing (plan, elevation, sections).
2. Detailed fabrication drawings showing shell courses, dished ends, stiffeners, nozzle schedule and manway.
3. Bill of materials with material grades called out.
4. Foundation / saddle or ring-wall drawing suited for underground installation.
5. Brief design notes indicating assumptions, design code referenced (API 650 or equivalent), and hydrotest pressure.

Acceptance criteria
• All drawings supplied in PDF and native CAD format (AutoCAD or SolidWorks).
• Dimensions in millimetres with a clear tolerance block.
• Weld symbols comply with AWS or ISO standards.
• No missing views or conflicting dimensions.

Once these items are verified against the checklist above, I will sign off and release the final milestone.
