3D Scan to High-Detail CAD Conversion

I'm looking for an experienced CAD specialist to convert a high-detail 3D scan mesh into a CAD model suitable for ABS 3D printing. In addition to translating the 3-D scan into a cat file I would like to modify the opening in the part to fit a different button. I designed a bracket for the button in CAD that I can share, which fits perfectly. Hopefully that will make adding the new button bracket easier. I will attach a picture of how this bracket sits in my car currently as well. I also have a 3-D scan of the new button that’s going to replace the current one.
