I want a whimsical castle-style frame that will surround a wall opening measuring 71 cm × 84 cm. The finished model has to be broken into sections that comfortably fit the build volume of my Bambu Lab X2D so I can print everything in PETG and bond the parts directly to the wall with silicone adhesive—no screw holes, brackets, or shelf in the geometry.
Here is what matters most:
• Overall look: unmistakably castle-inspired. I am happy to see your creative take on towers, battlements, stone textures, or other medieval flourishes, as long as the profile reads “castle” at a glance.
• Mounting method: designed for silicone adhesive only; please keep the reverse side flat and free of recesses meant for hardware.
• Fit & assembly: each segment must slot together cleanly once printed and maintain the full 71 cm × 84 cm inner opening. Think through alignment keys, hidden seams, or tongue-and-groove joints so I can bond everything flush on site.
• Printability: orient parts so they need minimal support, respect PETG design best practices (no knife-edge walls, reasonable overhangs), and stay within the X2D’s printable envelope.
Deliverables
1. Print-ready STL or 3MF files for every individual section.
2. A quick reference sheet (PDF or TXT) showing part layout, recommended print orientation, and final assembly order.
If you model in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, or similar, that’s fine—just send the export. Once I verify the pieces nest inside the X2D build volume and assemble to the correct overall size I’ll release the milestone.
