3D Kids Story Video Platform

I’m building an online platform that lets parents, teachers – and eventually kids themselves – type or paste a short story and instantly receive a fully-rendered 3D animation. The heart of the site is storytelling, so every feature should revolve around turning plain text into engaging narrative sequences with lively character and environment animations (no static slideshows).

Core flow I’m envisioning
• User enters or uploads a script and pictures if they have any
• The system parses it into scenes, assigns character personalities, builds matching environments and renders a video (mp4 / web-stream)
• Completed videos can be downloaded, shared or replayed in the browser

Functional needs
• Front-end: clean, kid-friendly interface that still feels professional to educators. Mobile first, then desktop.
• Back-end: pipeline that converts text → storyboard → 3D scene. I’m open to Three.js, Unity WebGL, Unreal Pixel Streaming, or any engine you’re confident can run economically in the cloud.
• Animation library: reusable rigs for both characters and environments so stories covering newborns through early teens stay visually relevant.
• Voice-over: synthetic voices are fine for phase one, but they must match on-screen lip sync.
• Render management: queue jobs, monitor progress, and let users know when their video is ready via email or in-app alerts.
• Basic account system with private video libraries.

Acceptance criteria
1. A deployed MVP on my chosen cloud account that can turn a 100-word story into a 30-60 second 3D video featuring moving characters and background environments.
2. Source code, project documentation, and a quick-start guide for future contributors.
3. Demonstration of at least three age-appropriate animation styles (toddler, 6-8, 9-15).
