3D CNC Model Slicing

I need help making a moch up in wood of a life size mustang horse, fusion was recommended by slicing, and computing a 3D artistic sculpture model for CNC cutting.
The idea is to use the cnc wood cuts to form the muscles and mass as an actual 16hand (64” at the shoulder) standing horse -can be assembled with screws will act as an armature. To weld around. Needs to be a file for cnc cut routed in dxf / wood that does not off gas’s to much while welding.
Requirements:
- Convert and optimize existing horse possible OBJ file.
- Medium to high detail level for CNC cuts.
- Deliver in compatible format for CNC machine.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CNC programming and 3D modeling software. And Fusion.
- Experience with artistic sculptures.
- Attention to detail and precision.
