3D CAD Designer Required — 1:6 Scale Honda CB350RS Model
I am looking for a 3D CAD designer/mechanical designer to create a highly detailed 1:6 scale Honda CB350RS motorcycle model for 3D printing.
Project Requirements
The model should accurately reproduce the real motorcycle’s:
* Overall proportions and dimensions
* Main frame
* Fuel tank with HONDA branding
* Seat
* Front and rear mudguards/fenders
* Front and rear wheels
* Tyres
* Front forks
* Handlebar
* Brake and clutch levers
* Brake master cylinder/caliper
* Brake discs
* Rear sprocket
* Chain
* Swingarm
* Rear suspension/shocks
* Engine
* Exhaust
* Side panels
* Headlight
* Indicators
* Foot pegs and controls
* Cables/wires where practical
* Other important visible components
The goal is a model that looks very close to the real Honda CB350RS, while keeping the geometry practical for 1:6 scale.
Functional Parts
Where practical, the following should be functional:
* Steering/handlebar movement
* Front wheel rotation
* Rear wheel rotation
* Swingarm movement
* Rear suspension movement
* Front fork movement
* Brake discs
* Chain/sprocket system
* Foot controls and levers where feasible
The model does not need to reproduce every microscopic mechanism of the real motorcycle, but the major mechanical features should be represented accurately.
3D Printing Requirements
The design must be suitable for FDM 3D printing.
The designer should account for:
* Minimum printable wall thickness
* Print orientation
* Support requirements
* Assembly tolerances
* Rotating clearances
* Press fits
* Pin/axle clearances
* Part strength
* Warping
* Small-scale details
* Splitting large parts into printable sections
Some components may need slight dimensional adjustments from exact 1:6 scale when necessary for reliable printing.
