I am looking for an experienced Product Sourcing Agent / Procurement Specialist to find and vet manufacturers or suppliers for a 360° rotating ergonomic laptop stand.
I will provide reference laptop stands that represent the quality, design, materials, features, functionality, and overall product standard I am looking for? (All Laptop Stands should have a width of atleast 26cm or 260mm). Please use these references to identify products and suppliers that closely match what I am looking for.
Important: I am not sourcing from China due to U.S. tariffs. Please focus on countries such as Vietnam, India, Taiwan, Mexico, Thailand, Malaysia, or other suitable low-cost manufacturing locations.
Initial Trial Order:
I am looking to purchase 10–20 units initially for product testing and evaluation.
- Target product cost: Under $3.90 USD per unit
- Target sea shipping cost: Under $50 USD total for the initial 10–20 units
- Please provide the estimated shipping cost and shipping terms for each supplier.
Responsibilities:
- Find 3–5 verified manufacturers or suppliers
- Identify suppliers willing to sell an initial quantity of 10–20 units
- Find products that closely match my reference laptop stands
- Compare the supplier's product against my references for quality, design, materials, functionality, and construction
- Negotiate the best possible unit price
- Verify product specifications and materials
- Provide product photos/videos for evaluation
- Coordinate ordering and shipping of the 10–20 trial units
