30-Story Mixed-Use BIM Design

I’m working with an 8-acre vacant parcel and need a senior-level BIM specialist to translate my vision for 30 +-storey mixed-use towers into a fully coordinated model. The scheme combines apartments, a hotel, office floors, retail shops and restaurants, all tied together by shared amenities and ample parking in a podium/below-grade structure.

Your brief
• Build an accurate Revit (or equivalent) model that sets the overall massing, core locations, structural grid and MEP zones.
• Lay out the entire site—including setbacks, fire lanes, loading bays and multi-level parking—so counts and circulation are clear.
• Provide dedicated views/sheets for each use: residential, hotel, office, retail and restaurant levels, plus amenity decks and rooftop services.
• Generate basic schedules (unit mix, GFA, leasable areas, stall counts) for quick feasibility testing.
• Export the federated file to IFC/NWC and run a preliminary clash check in Navisworks.

Acceptance criteria
– One clean, federated BIM file with logical worksets and naming.
– Colour-coded floor plans and key sections in PDF.
– An export that opens without missing links and passes an initial clash test.

Timeline
Week 1: first massing and site layout for review.
Weeks 2-4: iterate to schematic-level detail and issue final deliverables.
