30 City Keyworded - Water Leak Promo Videos

The project involves creating 30 short, corporate-style promotional videos—one for every city where I currently provide Water Leak Services. Each video must run exactly 30 seconds and follow the same look, pacing, and branding so the series feels cohesive; the only variation should be the city name, any location-specific footage you decide to weave in, and the closing call-to-action graphic.

All raw assets are ready to go: HD service footage, before/after photos, a library of customer clips, plus our logo suite and branding guide. You are free to edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects, as long as the finished files render cleanly to 1080p H.264 and retain transparency on the end-card overlay.

Deliverables:
• 30 individual 1080p MP4 videos (30 s each), clearly labeled by city
• Matching social-media-optimized cuts (square or vertical) if rapid resizing is part of your workflow
• One master project file or editable timeline folder so I can update text or swap clips in the future

Acceptance criteria:
1. Consistent corporate tone: clean lower thirds, minimal transitions, and steady voice-over pacing.
2. City name and contact details appear within the first 10 s.
3. No clip exceeds the 30-second mark; audio tails must fade by 28 s.
4. Colours, fonts, and logo placement must match the provided brand guide exactly.

Please keep any turnaround milestones realistic; I’m happy to stagger reviews in batches of five to keep feedback tight. Once the first video look is approved, the remaining 29 can follow the template so we both stay efficient.
