3-5 Minute Classic Cartoon Animation

I’m producing a light-hearted, 3–5 minute 2D animation for my YouTube channel. The video’s sole mission is to entertain, so the pacing should feel snappy, the gags visual, and the storytelling clear even without heavy dialogue.
I already have a script and voice-over ready; what I need from you is the full classic cartoon treatment—exaggerated poses, squash-and-stretch, and bold, colourful backgrounds reminiscent of early Saturday-morning shows. Clean, frame-by-frame animation is preferred over motion-tween shortcuts to keep that traditional feel alive.
You will handle:
• Storyboard based on my script
• Character and background design in the same retro style
• Full animation, ink & paint, basic sound FX, and final compositing
• Delivery of a 1080p MP4 ready for immediate upload to YouTube, plus the project files (PSD, AI, or Toon Boom/Flash files)
I’ll provide references, palette guides, VO tracks, and music cues as soon as we agree on milestones. Feedback rounds are important to me, so please be comfortable sharing work-in-progress files at the storyboard, animatic, and rough animation stages.
If classic cartoon timing and expressive movement are your strengths, I’d love to see a short reel or links to similar projects you’ve completed.
