2D Traditional Animation of Game Lore

I'm seeking a talented traditional 2D animator to bring to life a story built around a game and rich lore custom created by me. The animation should be engaging and choppy, I like the style of animations that do not have smooth transitions between movements. Additionally it should help with cost & time

Key Requirements:
- Create traditional 2D animations based on provided game lore.
- Develop character designs, backgrounds, and storyboards.
- Ensure animations meet specific design ideas
- Collaborate with me for feedback and revisions.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in traditional 2D animation techniques
- Strong artistic skills in character and background design
- Experience in storytelling and storyboarding for an adult audience
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration

Please provide a portfolio showcasing your previous traditional 2D animation work, especially any related to storytelling or game lore.

Any use of AI will see you not be compensated for said AI use (IE AI storyboard, character design, animation ECT) I do not respect the use of AI when I am willing to pay large amounts of money to ensure the animation is made by a human

Additionally this project will take a while to complete, I am only able to make payments every month. But whatever price is agreed upon will be paid in full as soon as possible

I am not looking to spend more than 1,000-1,200 on the animation itself

My preferred price is around 600-800 USD

You will be designing characters based off of a 2d side scroller perspective of the game

The runtime of the animation should be about 1 minute, it will be a broad overview of the entirety of one faction giving perspectives on what daily life is like for some people.

All of the story will be given to you upon the start of us working together

The animation will have to meet certain expectations of quality, as it will be viewed by many members of my game server and posted to youtube

The animation will have dark themes within it as the story itself is set in a dystopian society on Europa where radical ideology rules over morals.
