2D Frame-by-Frame Animator Needed

I’m producing a short, character-driven sequence that blends nuanced acting with a burst of dynamic movement. The scene begins as pure dialogue—subtle facial expressions, believable lip-sync, and natural body language—then shifts into a chase full of running, jumping, and light parkour. You’ll receive locked storyboards, model sheets, and a timed animatic; your job is to turn those keys into finished, on-model animation that feels fluid from first pose to final polish.

What I need from you
• Rough, tie-down, and clean-up passes delivered as layered Toon Boom Harmony, TVPaint, or Adobe Animate files (plus a rendered PNG sequence).
• Consistent character proportions, clear arcs, and smooth spacing between key poses.
• Attention to line quality and a final pass free of wobble, jitter, or stray strokes.

I keep the workflow straightforward: we agree on the number of seconds, set milestone reviews after rough and tie-down stages, and lock edits before clean-up.
