I am developing a series of concise 2D animation explainer videos designed for undergraduate students. The goal is purely educational, breaking down the rapidly evolving topic of Generative AI into clear, engaging segments that students can follow without prior specialist knowledge.
You will take each concept from rough outline to polished video, handling storyboard, illustration, animation, and basic sound design. A friendly, modern visual style that keeps technical details accessible is essential; think clean vector graphics, smooth motion, and on-screen text that reinforces key points. Consistency across episodes (colour palette, typography, pacing) will matter just as much as individual creativity.
Deliverables (per episode)
• Approved storyboard (PDF or images)
• Final 1080p MP4 video with embedded voice-over and captions
• Source project files (e.g., After Effects/Illustrator) organised and named clearly
Acceptance criteria
• Visual flow matches the storyboard and covers all provided learning objectives
• Narration and on-screen text are in sync and free of spelling errors
• Animation runs smoothly at 24–30 fps with no dropped frames
• Colours and fonts meet WCAG AA contrast guidelines for accessibility
If you already have experience turning complex STEM or computer-science material into bite-sized 2D animations, I’d love to see examples. Let’s build something that makes Generative AI intuitive—and fun—for my students.
