I have a set of aluminum components modelled and ready to go; every drawing is available in native STEP format. What I now need are clean, reliable 2-axis toolpaths that I can send straight to the shop floor.

You can decide whether the strategy is best suited to a mill, router, or even a small lathe with live tooling—I’m open to whichever approach makes cycle times and surface finish most economical. I haven’t locked myself into any particular CAM package either, so feel free to work in Fusion 360, Mastercam, or another program you trust, as long as the final output is easy for my operators to load.

Deliverables
• Optimised 2D G-code for each part
• A simple setup sheet per job (tool list, offsets, any special notes)
• Verification screenshots or simulation video so I can sign off quickly

Once you receive the STEP files you’re welcome to suggest minor tweaks that shave minutes off the run; just keep the finished dimensions intact. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any questions you need answered before you begin.
