248-Hour Workforce Soft Skills Curriculum

The program in front of us is a full 248 hours of soft-skills training for frontline and trade-oriented adults. Every classroom or virtual session must be planned to the minute, then supported with thorough facilitator materials and mirrored in self-paced e-learning.

Live delivery
• For each session I need a minute-by-minute agenda that blends brief concept overviews with realistic, case-based discussions and hands-on practice.
• Facilitator guides must provide step-by-step instructions, scripted transitions, timing cues, debrief notes, and clear links to any slides or handouts.

Participant resources
A companion workbook should capture reflection prompts, job-site scenarios, and space for action plans so learners leave with something they can carry onto the floor.

Self-paced learning
Using Articulate Rise or Storyline (or another standard tool you prefer), create text-based modules that echo the classroom flow. Each module ends with graded quizzes and knowledge-check moments that feed back to the learner immediately. All files should export cleanly to SCORM 1.2 or 2004.

Deliverables
• Master curriculum map (248 hours, showing modality and timing)
• 31 detailed facilitator guides (8 hours each on average)
• Participant workbook templates for every session block
• 31 self-paced modules with quizzes, ready for LMS upload
• Source files (Articulate, Word, PowerPoint) and a compiled instructor toolkit

Acceptance criteria
• Every hour of instruction is accounted for and cross-referenced across ILT, VILT, and online components.
• Guides follow the “tell-show-do-review” rhythm and embed at least one workplace case per learning objective.
• Self-paced modules pass SCORM validation and mirror the live content within a ±5-minute variance.
