2026 QuickBooks Reconciliation & Report Cleanup

My 2026 QuickBooks file needs a thorough tidy-up so I can start the new fiscal year on solid ground. All underlying transactions are already entered; the trouble shows up when I run reports or try to match statements. I need an experienced QuickBooks pro who can dig in, trace the discrepancies, and bring everything back into balance.

Scope of work
– Re-create and verify every bank reconciliation for 2026
– Do the same for all credit-card accounts
– Once balances agree with the statements, rebuild the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet so they reflect accurate, clean numbers for the year

I’ll provide the company file, statement PDFs, and any supporting schedules you need. Please work within QuickBooks (desktop or online—whichever you prefer) and keep detailed notes of each adjustment so I have a clear audit trail.

Deliver the reconciled file, final P&L, final Balance Sheet, plus a short summary of corrections made.
