200-Page PDF-to-Word Copytype

I need the full 200-page PDF re-keyed into Microsoft Word, page for page. The source is almost entirely plain-text paragraphs, yet I still want each Word page to mirror the original layout—same line breaks, paragraph spacing, bold or italic emphasis, and any page headers or footers that appear. Please do not “clean up” the text; spelling, punctuation, and other quirks must be reproduced exactly as shown in the PDF.

Deliverable
• One editable DOCX file whose pagination and visual flow match the PDF as closely as Word allows.

I will supply the PDF as soon as we start and I’ll review the first ten pages to confirm the layout approach before you proceed with the remainder.
