I have sketched out a compact, wall-mounted smart switchboard that needs to sit inside a standard Indian switch box and talk fluently with the rest of a Home Assistant setup. What I now need is a complete, production-ready 2-layer PCB stack (motherboard + capacitive-touch daughter board) built around an ESP32, offering:

• Home automation integration as the guiding use–case
• On/Off switching via four SPDT relays (5 A lighting loads)
• Dual triac dimmer channels for smooth Dimming and Color-temperature adjustment on 230 VAC LED fixtures
• A glass-front multi-touch capacitive pad (up to 4 zones, gesture-friendly) feeding the ESP32 through an AT42QT or similar controller

Core expectations
1. Schematics, PCB layout (2 layers only) and Gerber/ODB-II files ready for fabrication.
2. A clean BOM with manufacturer part numbers and at least one in-stock supplier for every line.
3. Pin mapping and power domain notes so my firmware team can drop code straight on the ESP32 (ESP-IDF).
4. Consideration for 230 VAC/3.3 V isolation, track clearances, and heat dissipation around the triacs and relay coils.
5. All design files in KiCad or Altium (whichever you prefer) plus PDFs for easy review.

Mechanical envelope
• Motherboard: max 72 mm × 68 mm, components no higher than 18 mm on one side.
• Touch daughter board aligns with a 2 mm glass front plate; FFC or board-to-board connector.

Compliance & test ports
Provide footprints and test pads for mains-side flash-over checks, firmware flashing (ESP32 JTAG/UART) and future energy-monitor shunt though it is not populated now.

I will validate the design by sending the Gerbers to JLCPCB and performing a smoke test on my bench. The project is complete when the assembled board boots, relays click, triacs dim, and capacitive touches are detected reliably through the glass.

If this sounds like a board you would enjoy routing, tell me how soon you can hand over the first draft and which CAD package you will use.
