2-Day Administrative Assistance Needed

I need a dependable admin-savvy freelancer who can dive in for a concentrated 2–3-day sprint and leave my back-office tasks wrapped up and easy to maintain. The work will focus on bringing order to existing files, refreshing a few spreadsheets, and making sure every document lands in the right place in our shared drive.

You’ll receive all source documents, current spreadsheets, login details, and a concise priority checklist the moment we start, so you can hit the ground running.

Deliverables
• Updated, error-free spreadsheets
• Well-formatted documents, clearly named and versioned
• Folder structure cleaned up with everything stored in the designated locations
• A brief hand-over note highlighting any open items or next steps

We work in Google Workspace, Excel, and Dropbox; comfort with those tools is key. I’m on GMT+1 and respond quickly via Slack throughout the day.
