1M USA Construction Leads Ready made Delivery

I’m looking for an existing, ready-to-ship list of one million U.S. construction leads. The file has to come to me in a single, clean Excel workbook and must include at minimum the following fields for every record:

• Company name
• Phone number
• Email address

I need data that is already compiled—no web-scraping or list-building from scratch, please. The spreadsheet should be de-duplicated, reasonably recent, and usable for outreach the moment I receive it.
