1957 Graduates List Maintenance

I hold a master list of graduates from 1957 that was set up for me inside a Google file—though I’m not sure whether it’s a Sheet, a Doc, or another Drive format. The volunteer who created and maintained it can’t continue, so I need someone to take over.

First, I want you to open the existing file, assess what format it is in, and then migrate or restructure the data into whatever layout makes day-to-day upkeep simplest (Google Sheets tends to be ideal, but I’m open to your recommendation). Clean the data if necessary, preserve all existing details, and add any useful fields—sorting, filters, or simple validation rules—that will make future edits straightforward.

From that point on, I’ll occasionally send you corrections when graduates’ contact details or other records change. For now the only ongoing task is editing existing entries; there are no new graduates to add and none to delete, just refinements to the information already there.
