15,000 sqft Plant Design

I need complete architectural and engineering documentation for a 15,000 sq ft manufacturing plant that will run a continuous-production line. The scope covers everything from concept layout to final load calculations so I can submit the package for permitting and contractor bidding without further re-work.

What I expect you to cover
• Site-adapted floor plan showing clear product flow that supports uninterrupted, continuous processing
• Structural framing, foundation and roof design with full steel and concrete schedules, live/dead load, wind and seismic calculations (latest IBC/AISC codes)
• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing schematics sized for 24-hour operation, including HVAC that can handle process heat loads
• Fire-safety, egress and equipment clearances integrated into the drawings
• Bill of materials plus calculation sheets in an editable format (ETABS/SAP2000, Excel) and a PDF set ready for submission

Acceptance criteria
1. All drawings delivered in CAD (DWG) and PDF
2. All 3D models delivered in native format (RVT, RFA, etc.)
3. Calculation report clearly references governing codes and shows step-by-step design checks
4. Layout accommodates future line extensions without structural alterations
5. A brief hand-off call or video walkthrough to clarify any design decisions
