## PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are seeking **one highly experienced professional who is an expert in both Figma document design and advanced Microsoft Word document/template construction.**

This is a corporate document design and implementation project. It is not a simple graphic design assignment, nor is it a basic PDF-to-Word conversion project.

We already have our document content, corporate branding, detailed specifications, and visual mockups. We need a specialist who can transform these materials into a consistent, professional document system in Figma and then build genuinely editable, stable Microsoft Word templates.

**The most important requirement is that the final Word documents must be both visually professional and technically reliable.**

We previously worked with a designer who produced visual designs but could not deliver Word documents that were sufficiently editable and stable. We are therefore looking for someone with proven experience in both disciplines.

## 1. PROJECT SCOPE

The initial scope consists of **6 document/template designs**.

### A. Four contracts and related documents

1. **Software Development Consultant Agreement** — Blue IT Division theme.
2. **Turnkey Consulting and Coordination Agreement** — Navy and Gold Commercial Funding theme.
3. **Addendum A** — Projected Transaction Illustrations and Non-Guaranteed Payout Estimates.
4. **Program Procedures** — Commercial Funding Division.

### B. Two invoice templates

5. **IT Consulting Invoice** — Blue theme.
6. **Commercial Funding Invoice** — Navy and Gold theme.

The supplied mockups show the intended appearance of all six document types.

Each document must have an approved Figma design, a corresponding editable Microsoft Word file (.docx), and a PDF exported directly from the final Word document.

## 2. REQUIRED WORKFLOW

The project must follow this workflow:

1. Review all supplied specifications, mockups, existing DOCX files, and attachments.
2. Confirm the scope, technical approach, and any necessary clarifications before starting.
3. Create/refine the Figma designs based on the approved mockups.
4. Obtain approval of the Figma designs.
5. Build the corresponding editable Microsoft Word documents.
6. Test document editing, pagination, headers, footers, tables, and other formatting.
7. Export each final Word document directly to PDF.
8. Compare the PDFs against the approved designs and correct any issues.
9. Deliver all editable source files and final outputs.

Do not begin by converting the entire design into images inside Word.
