10,000 Marketing Emails Sent

I need help executing a one-off marketing campaign to my existing customers. The list contains 10,000 verified addresses, and the message focuses on time-sensitive promotional offers. I will hand over the CSV file of contacts together with the HTML email creative; what I need from you is reliable delivery, solid inbox placement, and clear post-send analytics.

Please use any reputable platform you are comfortable with—Mailchimp, SendGrid, AWS SES, or a comparable tool—as long as it supports bulk sending, unsubscribe handling, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
