10–12 Sec 2D Character Animation for Music Reel

I need a 10–12 second vertical 2D animated scene (9:16) for an independent music artist project.

I already have:

finalized character designs for 3 recurring characters
storyboard/keyframes
visual references
exact scene direction
song/audio

The animation style should be graphic 2D cel animation with limited animation, expressive character acting, bold shapes, clean linework and restrained shading. It should feel like a stylized animated short, not anime-glossy, 3D, motion graphics, or AI-generated video.

The scene takes place inside a car: the three characters are driving normally, the masked rear-seat character suddenly notices a girl outside, lunges forward toward the steering wheel, the driver brakes, and the friends react. There are a few quick cuts including a brake-pedal close-up and reaction shots.

Important:

character consistency is critical
one character has a detailed custom full-face textile mask that must remain exact
no lip-sync or dialogue animation required
limited frame animation / held poses / smear frames are welcome
final delivery: 1080×1920, 10–12 sec
source/project files preferred
ideally 2 revision rounds

Please send examples of 2D character animation / cel animation / short-film animation, especially expressive acting or limited animation.

I’d prefer to start with a 2–3 second test shot before assigning the full sequence.
