I want to spend a solid sixty minutes on the phone sharpening my English at an intermediate level. The idea is to recreate the feeling of a live customer-service call so I can pick up natural phrasing, tighten my listening skills, and respond fluently under gentle pressure.

During the session you will:
• Keep the conversation moving as a seasoned call-center agent would, switching topics, asking follow-up questions, and guiding me toward clearer, more concise replies.
• Correct grammar, word choice, and pronunciation in real time without breaking the flow—brief prompts are perfect.
• Finish with a two-minute verbal recap of the main errors you spotted and one or two concrete tips I can apply immediately.

Video is optional; I’m comfortable with phone, Skype, Zoom, or Google Meet—choose whatever lets the audio stay crisp. Please confirm you have a quiet line, a reliable headset, and previous experience tutoring English learners who already handle everyday conversations but need that next push toward confidence and accuracy.
