Project overview
We're seeking a Fractional CTO / Senior Technical Architect to take ownership of a large-scale mobile automation system currently under partial development. The goal is to finalize and stabilize a bot-driven mobile device farm, with future expansion. You’ll oversee backend integration (Java Spring Boot), mobile automation (Appium or Accessibility Services), device rotation, proxy/IP management, OpenAI comment generation, and dashboard control. You must be capable of managing and replacing underperforming freelancers, ensuring scalable design, and delivering a fully autonomous, fault-tolerant system that can run across 100+ Android devices. This is a part-time leadership role with hands-on implementation required. Budget is limited—efficiency and smart delegation are key.
