Project overview
I am looking for someone who has a "passion for cooking" and an "eye-for-detail" to compare and proofread rewritten recipes for my company. The goal of the company is to organize these recipes into cookbooks for the United States consumer. The individual selected must have some knowledge of cooking terminology and be able identify issues between the original recipe and the rewritten recipe. The task is comparing two documents to make sure the measurements, heat/temperature levels, steps, and actions are the same, and modifying any language using passive voice OR describing action as before or after - they should be separate steps. All the corrections made will be done using Microsoft Word’s track changes tool. This job is quite simple and easy to complete.
