Project overview
Seeking a reliable, timely, and socially engaged individual who enjoys social media and client interface, is organized and ideally enjoys some writing, to work with audiobook production & marketing company. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in the world of social media and marketing and/or customer service. Enthusiasm for working with a team and helping clients thrive. Commitment: about 10 hours/month, with room for growth, plus $25 per new client onboarding (est. 1 hour for these tasks). 1 hr/mo for group client call. Up to 1 hr/mo for team check in at designated times (team call is flexible). Offer: $200/month PLUS $25/new client onboard (about 1 hr of tasks) Requirements and Desirable Skills: Must have reliable internet and computer Must know how to post, like, share, comment with FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube. Must be organized, detail oriented Must be willing to work with a team and with minimal supervision. Should enjoy interfacing with customers by Zoom, phone or email Must be willing to meet on Zoom for team meetings and trainings as needs arise and for the weekly team check-in meeting (typically 30 min - 1 hr long) Must be willing to act as host on monthly Zoom client call (marketing expert will be there to answer questions) - you may use company Zoom account, and we would gradually transition to you acting as host when ready Must be competent with G-Suite Google Drive: setting up folders, uploading, downloading, sharing Must be willing to learn to use Karta, our marketing platform, for: formatting Marketing Memo emails in our sequence (content provided); tagging clients at certain milestones' pausing email sequence for a client if necessary. Must be willing to be part of our Voxer group and check frequently (at least every couple days, ideally daily) to see if clients have questions Tasks Include: General ongoing: Inputting and formatting new Marketing Memos into the Kartra email sequence, and ensuring we have 6 weeks lead on memos ahead of clients. Content for memos will be provided. Update Marketing Memo spreadsheet as new Memos are set up. Communicating with the marketing team if we need more content for marketing memos. Check social media platforms at minimum weekly for client posts: like, comment, share Coordinate to make sure one of our Marketing Experts is scheduled to attend each monthly call. Attend and take notes during the Monthly Coaching Call, and sending the recap email in Kartra. For PLUS level clients: Schedule interview (client and CEO) for podcast Receive and organize materials from clients as they send in things we request from them Weekly Tasks Monitor Voxer to make sure client questions are answered New Client Tasks:
Set up client G-Suite “workshop” folders and share with client and marketing team. Schedule client for intake interview Communicate with the production team for audio assets for videos
When Media Library of videos is ready for client: update video launch spreadsheet, notify client of video launch dates, tag client in Kartra, prep Cognito form for client (inserting info into existing form), and put link in Kartra, make sure submitted Cognito form is in Drive folder.
