The Customer Feedback Agent is our watchguard to ensure only Authentic content is gathered and published on multiple channels. By this our clients can radically improve their reputation & consumers worldwide benefit from true Peer experience. By knowing all the business processes and by using strong communication skills with an emphasis on performance & compliance, you are a reliable business partner for our clients and consumers. Your tasks: Review and publish incoming content according to internal & external Compliance rulesets in our Data base Analyze Content & enrich it with tags and other useful information Handle multiple Customer Care channels & Incoming requests (Calls, Chat, Tickets) Market research calls to optimize Customer happiness Necessary qualifications Your profile: Fluent in the italien language. You posses very good communication skills, a positive attitude and enthusiasm You love to interact with People on different channels You are extremely good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing You have a diplomatic and solution-oriented approach You're a team player, self-motivated, resilient and flexible, and able to be introspective You have an analytical, independent and result-oriented mind You have a customer focus and you are able to communicate well You are ready for flexible working times, and you work well under pressure You have a good knowledge of eKomi-specific processes Completed professional studies or similar experience and business experience You are ready to give possible training on site for our customers Desirable qualifications Experience in the area of Market Research & processing customer escalations
