Web designer required with CSS skills

Hi,
We require a web designer available asap (this week) to work on a variety of online projects.
Some wireframing for a web design project is required (either in Azure or illustraor).
Design of web pages and emails, html/CSS build.
Candidate required this week as of 1st Sept.
Candidate would need to be based around the Manchester area as would need to work inhouse.
