Lead Gen Specialist

Task/Problem Description:

This entrepreneurial lead generation and sales role is a perfect fit for a motivated and customer-centric individual who is seeking a challenge with a growing company. Responsibilities: Generate prospecting lists of prospective client targets and collect information about the organization and their potential needs. Explain the benefits of CSG to prospective clients with the goal of setting up further discussions with CSG leadership. Develop and nurture client relationships, sometimes over the course of weeks or months. Make a good first impression. Often the first point of contact with a potential client, exude professionalism when making phone calls and sending emails. Collaborate with CSG team members to improve scripts and enhance lead generation and sales techniques. Data entry, including keying prospective client information into a CRM Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge and Skills Previous successful experience in sales or lead generation with demonstrable results Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Possesses a customer-first attitude High degree of professionalism, including the ability to handle confidential information Works well with a team but is also a dynamic self-starter, who takes ownership of a task and completes it in a timely fashion Ability to perform under pressure by being able to multi-task and prioritize workload Organization skills and accurately entering information into our CRM software is critical Good follow up and organizational skills required Strong computer and internet competence, along with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly and thoroughly. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2-years of successful experience in sales or lead generation with demonstrable results We can teach you the rest!
