Customer Service Rep

Task/Problem Description:

This position is highly detail oriented, and requires multi-tasking to work independently in addition to a team environment. Deadlines and time sensitive tasks must be met. This position teaches superior customer service and communication. A CSR is responsible for overseeing, teaching and assisting with the satisfaction of customers as it pertains to all operations functions of Company.
